  1. To prepare the eggs
    1. Heat a table spoon of ghee in a pan; add the onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.

    4. Lower the heat, add the eggs and whisk them nicely.

    3. Spread the remaining ½ table spoon of butter on the tortilla.
    4. Grill on both the sides on medium heat till nice and crisp.
    5. Remove on a clean platter, cut into slices using a pizza cutter.
    6. Garnish with green coriander.
