  15. as needed Orange food colour
  16. leaves Mint
  17. leaves Coriander
  18. as needed Wheat flour dough

Instructions to make to make Mutton biriyani

  1. In a mixing bawl add mutton. Add dried spices onion paste ginger garlic paste and curd and 1 tspn salt let it marinate for 1 hr
  2. Soak rice in water for 1 hrs
  3. In a pan add water. Some whole garam masala salt. Let it boil. Add water and cook till 1/4 th done.
  4. In a heavy pan add ghee. Add remaining whole garam masala. Add mutton add half of fried onion. Cook it till mutton done. ( if cooking in cooker wait till 4 whistles.
  5. Now in a heavy pan add cooked mutton. Cover it with rice. Spread fried onion. Mint and coriander leaves pour 3 tspn ghee. You may add orange food colour too now cover it. And deal with dough. Cook it on. Very low flame. On dum for 10 minutes. Ready
