  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  3. Sprinkle some oil or butter and let it cook on high flame for 2 mnts. When it turns little brown after 2 minutes, turn gas flame on medium to slow and let it cook for more 2 minutes or until the dosa becomes golden brown and crispy or when. It will leave it's side.
