- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 2 cup water
- 2 tsp carom seeds
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make to make Punjabi pakora kadhi
- At first, cut the vegetables
- Take gram and rice flour in pan with them.

- Add salt, chat masala, ginger chilli paste in it.
- Then, add chat masala, carom seed, red chilli, turmeric in it

- Put water and make a mixture.
- Make small balls and put them in oil in pan

- Fry them from both sides and make pakora.

- Keep them on plate.

- Take a bowl with curd and whisk.

- Add gram flour and whisk them together in same pan.
- Add water in the batter

- Add red chilli and turmeric powder in it.
