  1. Take rava, rice flour and gram flour in same quantity. Take curd n mix everything well.
  2. Add half a cup of water n make thick batter. Separate corn kernels.
  3. Add corn kernels, ginger, garlic and green chilli to it n grind well. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corn paste, baking soda and lemon juice.
  4. Mix everything well n add sugar. Add grated carrot n coriander leaves n mix again. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes
  5. Heat a frying pan n add 1 tsp oil. Add cumon, sesame n mustard seeds to the oil. Let them crackle. Add 2 tbsp batter over it n spread properly.
  6. Spread some sesame seeds n corn kernels on top. Pour some oil too n cover it n let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Now flip n cook on the other side for 5 minutes.
  7. Let it cook well n get golden crust. Crispy outside n soft from inside.
