- 3-1 tbsp Garlic chopped

- 8-1/4 tsp orange food colour
- 9-1/4 tsp yellow food colour
- 10-4 tomatoes
- 11-1 cup yogurt
- 12-1/2 cup oil
- 13-1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 14-1 tsp haldi
- 15-1/2 cup aaloo bhukharay
- 16-4 tbsp lemon juice
- 17-4 potatoes
- 18 - Fresh dhania
- 19 - Fresh podina
- 20-4 green chillies
- 21-1 tsp coriander powder
- 22-1 tbsp salt
- 23-1/2 kg Basmati rice
Instructions to make to make Biryani
- Wash and soaked rice for 2 hours.

- Chopped Onions and fry brown in oil.


- Add ginger and garlic and add tomatoes.


- Add chicken in it and cook well.

- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masalah, haldi and cook well.
- Add yogurt and mix well till all masalahs mix with chicken. Add green chillies.

- Add zeera, black pepper, lemon juice. Cook till water completely dries and chicken is tendered.

- Boil rice and add zeera and podina in boiling water. If you add lemon juice or vinegar while boiling rice. They will not stick.

- Boil potatoes and add orange food colour in it.

- Layer your biryani with chicken gravy, rice, lemon slices, fresh dhania and fresh podina.

- Add orange and yellow food colour in small proportion of rice and layer on Biryani.

- Take one onion and slice it. Add in oil and make it brown.



- Pour brown rice and little oil on top and keep on dum for 15 minutes. Sprinkle fresh dhania and podina on top.


- Serve with raita made with green chilli, zeera, garlic, salt and yogurt.


- Enjoy with homemade yogurt and raita.
