- For tart, 1 cup flour in a bowl, then add salt and butter. Mix well. Then sprinkle water in a parts and make a thick dough. Once dough is ready, make balls out of it.



- Now roll the balls in a rolling pin. Then press it in a moulds. After that with the help of forks make a hole. Then bake in a preheated OTG for 15 minutes in 400 degree.

- Then add coriander, cuming, cornflower and rice powder in the mixture. Add black cuming and salt as per taste.



- Now in a pan add oil. Once it heat, reduce the flame add make pokora from the mixture. Once all done keep it handy.


- In the mean while prepare the tart filling. With 1/4 cup sprout add yogurt and chat masala. Mix well. And keep it ready.
